CRAFT FAIR VENDOR REGISTRATION

This fall our craft fair is coming to campus as part of our OkSOBERfest celebration - a family-friendly, alcohol-free Oktoberfest fall festival with games, crafts, food, bounce houses, and more! The craft fair booths will be intermingled with the crafts and games lining the 50yd field for our inflatable costume race - right in the center of the action!

Each 10x10 booth is $25 and an 8' table is included. Once you register we will be in contact to determine if you need a table for any additional spaces purchased or want it open for racks or shelves. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent(s) and chair(s). Shade tent recommended.

All sales are your profit. No money from your sales go to the Mission unless you choose to donate.

Please note:

• Spaces are available first-come, first-served.
• This event is OUTDOORS on a flat grassy field.
• If it must be cancelled due to weather, the $25 fee will be considered a donation.
• Set up will begin at 8:30 a.m. on October 3. Cars must be off the field by 10:00 a.m.

All proceeds support the operations of the Addiction Healing Center, a substance use disorder recovery program. Please refrain from crafts featuring alcohol, marijuana, illegal substances, or adult themes.
